UFSC Literary Festival

The UFSC Literary Festival (Flufsc) is organized by the Office of Culture, Arts and Sports (SeCArtE) and serves as a dynamic platform for discussions on contemporary literary production. The event explores the creation, circulation, and reception of literature, bringing together national and international writers in dialogue with various art forms.

The second edition of the UFSC Literary Festival, themed “Tribute to Salim Miguel – Literary Journeys,” took place in October 2024 at the UFSC Culture and Events Center.

The festival welcomed over 40 national and international writers, who participated in thematic panels, discussion circles, artistic interventions, and book launches. These activities fostered in-depth conversations about contemporary literary production across different genres.

In addition to the literary discussions, the event featured publisher stands, literary display, art exhibitions inspired by literature, and a dedicated space for readers and writers to connect.
